Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kcmase, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. We offer flexible exchange and cancellation options within a limited window to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Cancellation & Order Change Policy

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. That’s why we allow customers to cancel or modify their order within 12 hours of purchase.

Within 12 Hours of Placing the Order

• You may cancel your order for a full refund
• You may change item details such as size, color, or quantity
• You may correct or update the shipping address

Please email us as soon as possible at support@kcmase.com with your order number and requested change. Our team will confirm if the order is still eligible for modification or cancellation.

After 12 Hours – Processing Stage

If your order has entered the processing stage (typically after 12 hours):

• You can no longer cancel or modify the items
• You may still request a change to the shipping address, provided the order has not yet shipped

To request an address update, contact our support team at support@kcmase.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes if your order is close to being dispatched.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped:

• Cancellations and address changes are no longer possible
• You may still be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• In unused and original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please email us at support@kcmase.com to initiate an exchange. Be sure to include your order number, reason for the exchange, and details of the new item (e.g. size or color). Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
