If you are the rights holder – or authorized to act on behalf of one – you may submit a claim by emailing us at support@kcmase.com with the subject line: “Intellectual Property Claim”.

Your claim must include the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the intellectual property right you own or represent
  • A link to the infringing content/product on our website
  • A statement explaining why you believe the material infringes your rights
  • Proof of ownership or registration of the intellectual property (if available)
  • A signed declaration that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the rightful owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Please note: Incomplete or anonymous submissions may not be reviewed or processed.

3. What Happens Next

Once we receive your complete claim:

  • Our legal or compliance team will review the information within 5-7 business days
  • If the claim is valid, the alleged infringing material may be removed, disabled, or modified
  • We may contact you for additional information or clarification
  • In some cases, we may also contact the user or vendor associated with the content in question

Kcmase is not a legal authority and does not resolve intellectual property disputes between third parties beyond taking appropriate action on our platform. If needed, we encourage the parties involved to seek legal resolution outside of our process.

4. Good Faith Requirement

Submitting a false or abusive IP claim may result in legal consequences. We take these matters seriously and expect all complaints to be made in good faith.
