ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your preferred rug size and design, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely in USD.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes – you may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. See our Exchange & Cancellation Policy for full details

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

5. How much is the shipping fee?

We offer flat-rate shipping at $6.99 for all orders, regardless of size or location.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

7. Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

No. We only ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong size or color), we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@kcmase.com with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

11. Are your rugs machine-washable?

Most of our rugs are not machine-washable unless otherwise specified. We recommend spot cleaning or professional rug cleaning for best results.

12. Will the rug color match the photo exactly?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

13. Do you offer custom rug sizes or designs?

Not at this time. All available sizes and designs are listed on our website.

OTHER QUESTIONS

14. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. You can use the link provided to follow your package.

15. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@kcmase.com right away. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
