1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Report Issues Within 7 Days
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send us a message including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (if applicable)
This helps us resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
- Returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to sending the item back
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your rug for a different size or design, please contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or made-to-order rugs

7. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@kcmase.com within the eligible return period.
In your email, kindly include the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue you are facing
- Photographic evidence if the issue relates to color, size, or product defect
Our Customer Support Team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility – such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or color – we will proceed with the return or exchange at no additional cost.
⚠️ Important: Do not return any products until you receive confirmation and instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
