  • All dimensions are manually measured. A 1-3 cm margin of error is possible.

  • Rugs are folded for shipping, which may cause temporary creases. This is not a defect and will resolve naturally with use.

Shipping Policy

At Kcmase, we understand that once you’ve found the perfect rug, you want it delivered to your doorstep as smoothly and swiftly as possible. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward, transparent, and reliable shipping policy tailored to our customers across the United States.

Order Processing Time

Every rug at Kcmase is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards before it reaches your home. Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we conduct a final quality check, professionally pack your item, and prepare it for shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Any order placed during non-business hours will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Duration

Once shipped, your rug will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days via our trusted shipping partners. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and other external factors such as weather conditions or peak seasons.

Delivery Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders are not shipped, processed, or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or during federal holidays. Please take this into account when placing your order, especially around holiday periods.

Shipping Area

At this time, Kcmase only ships within the United States. We proudly deliver to all 50 states but do not offer international shipping.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the rug. This pricing ensures no hidden costs, so you always know what you’re paying for.

Holiday Shipping Considerations

Please allow for extended delivery times during national holidays or periods of high demand. We recommend placing your orders early during festive seasons to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. If you do not receive this information within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, most carriers will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your order at a nearby facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. In the case of a returned shipment due to incorrect address or missed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Report Issues Within 7 Days

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send us a message including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem (if applicable)

This helps us resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to sending the item back

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you’d like to exchange your rug for a different size or design, please contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
