What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer a $7.00 Flat Rate shipping within the USA. Orders typically require 1-4 business days for handling and 5-8 business days for transit. You can expect your delivery within 6-12 business days.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your handbag is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
We offer a 40-day return window. Handbags must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original dust bags, packaging, and tags attached.
How do I maintain my Kcmase handbag?
To preserve the material's integrity, store your bag in its provided dust bag when not in use. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.
